Inside Our Player Recruitment Process part 2/2
As we progressed, we recognized the need to bolster our team even more to ensure competitiveness, especially with the Philippine Football League (PFL) expected to reach new heights this year. Believe us when we say that this year will be different in terms of level. Consequently, we expanded our budget and began scouting talented players from the provinces. This meant providing housing for them and handling logistics in a very short period of time. We recruited players from Palawan and Dumaguete. Soon, we will introduce these players along with the entire staff. Currently, we have a dynamic mix of players hailing from Manila and various provinces. One common trait among them all is that they are proud Filipinos, representing the spirit and talent of our nation on the field, with the hopeful prospect that some players will represent the country in international competitions in the coming years.
